I got an email just now from the owner of the guesthouse that I stayed at while in Bangkok. I guess he didn’t like the review I left at booking.com cause his note seemed rather… passive aggressive..?

I believe you wrote this review on Booking.com’ Thank you very much. It would hold more credience if you had written your name to your remarks.
All my guests were invited to the Christmas party. If you choose not to join either you are not a Christian are against Christians celebrating the birthday of our phrophet. In any case we stopped at mid-night so what’s wrong with that Miss Iris.
If you were not well, why didn’t you come down stairs and ask us to turn the music down. Was that to easy to do. You prefer to stay in your room and complain after. Shows your mentality.
We are not disorganized Miss Iris. You booked a single room but we offered you a larger room. We thought you would appreciated it. Why didn’t you say that. I presume that would be speaking the truth. Miss Iris, it was Christmas and we are all Christians can’t you understand that. So we were enjoying ourselves. What religion are you? You are not Canadian. Where were you born. Please tell us. Perhaps my staff could not understand why you did not have a key and was trying to ascertain the facts Miss Iris. Are you so impatient. Who else were waiting, Why were they waiting, they must have had their keys.
I looked up our correspondence. You were at another hotel. Why did you change? Were you also dissatisfied with that hotel. Well Miss Iris let me remind you; you only paid 750Thb per night. The cheapest in this area. May I suggest you find a more comfortable hotel to stay next time. Just let me know how much you pay. You get what you pay for, so shut up.
Have a nice new year. Just remember you are not welcome any more.

To be honest my review was on the bitchy side, but hey, somebody needs to know the truth. Here’s my review below. Please ignore the typos and grammatical errors as it was written on a handheld device in a fit of anger.
EXHIBIT B
I did not appreciate a party in Xmas eve that went in until midnight hat they didn’t informed me about. I wasn’t well and needed to rest but was unable to because of he noise. Also, they are quite disorganized. I was required to change room my 2nd day. That was fine, but the person still hasn’t check out the next morning. So I was told that they help move my stuff for me and the room would be ready when I return. I came back at around 7pm. No one was around and the door was locked, I didn’t have the key cause it was taken away from me. I rang the bell but no one answered. Had to call he owner and he then had to call his staff to come open the door… There were a couple of other people waiting also. 15 minutes later, someone finally came. Instead of being apologetic, she questioned me why I don’t have a key card. I tried to explain but she wasn’t listening. I actually had to stop her from rambling so I can tell her that the key card was never given to me. So needless to say, in can’t say I was too pleased with this place.
